Moving on, the Baptism went very well. Although it started right at Noah's nap time, I'd say he was very good. When standing in front of everyone, Noah kept waving (and picking his nose I later found out) to all our family. There was of course some yelling, a bit of crying, and of course spitting going on. As, I believe, most of you have notice, Noah has this new thing where you can't tell if he is about to cry, crying, or just making noise. Well..that is pretty much what he was doing through the whole ceremony. The funny thing about all of this was when Father Gary would put his hand on Noah's head, Noah would be silent and was just in awe of what the priest of was doing.
After the Baptism, we had a great party at my parents house. Noah slept most of the time, he was exhausted! We ended up waking him up for cake because everyone was starting to leave! The food was amazing! We served penne pasta with marinara and penne pasta with pesto from Mary's Pizza Shack, Rolls, 2 Salads, and a fruit salad. It was SOO DELICIOUS! A HUGE thank you to my parents and my wonderful in-laws, Mike and Cathy, for all their help setting up and making this day so special! Our family is truly so lucky.
Noah's Godparents Kevin and Meghan. We could not ask for better Godparents! We love you guys so much! Special thanks to my sister Meghan (and Fiance Doug) for DRIVING from Denver for Noah's Baptism..and visiting of course! :)
